The founder of LM&P ENGG FELLOW, LLC has been involved with many projects over past 40 years.
34 years Aerospace experience includes fabrication of Spacecrafts such as DMSP, TIRO KLM, Inmarsat, Koreasat, Telstar, Echostar, Chinasat, GPS I, II, III, Series 7000, GE Americom, BS-3N Japanese Sat, Landsat, A2100, ACTs, MARs Observer, etc., Launch Vehicle (Atlas V) and Aircraft (F-35). During production of these items excellent relationship with US Space Force, US Air force, US Navy, NASA and Commercial customers were maintained including more than 50 major vendors of USA & NATO Countries. During this timeframe, the following are the highlights:
  • Acquired 3 US Patents, 4 Trade Secrets, 4 SPOT Awards, 1 Employee of Month, 1 Extraordinary Engineering and Technology Award, 2 Awards for Inventor & New Technology and other multiple Disclosures and Recognitions.
  • Resolved technical issues / problems during fabrication and testing. Performed failure investigation & analysis and provided corrective actions to assure flightworthiness of the part/component:
– Propulsion: Engine, Tanks, Fittings, Tubes, Valves, Transducers, Filters, Welded parts, etc.
– Mechanical / Structural / Hardware: Refractory Metals Radiation Shields, Reinforced Composite Panels, Metallic Panels, Metallic / Polymers parts, Welded /Soldered/Epoxy bonded parts, Frangibolts, Mechanisms, Magnets, Fasteners, Bearings, Sunshades, etc.
– Thermal: Heat Pipes, Heat Exchangers, Heat Shield, Thermal Storage/Reservoir, etc.
– Electronics: Stepper Motors, Capacitors, Diodes, Antennas, UHF Dividers, Transmitters, Connectors, Cables, Filters, Inductors, IMUs, Resistors, Magnetic Torque Rods, Isolators / Combiners, Switch, Heaters, Microchips, PWBs, Batteries, etc.
– Characterization: Non-destructive Testing, SEM / EDS / FTIR / GC-MS, XRF / XRS / XPS, Auger, Metallography / Optical Microscopy, etc.
– Fracture Mechanics: Crack Growth / Durability & Damage Tolerance Analysis (NASGRO)
